Returns & Exchange

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for non conformity or damaged items.

We will cover shipping cost for damaged and non conformity only. Any other reasons such as change of mind will require the customer to cover the shipping cost.

We will only accept returns with a tracking number. We cannot monitor the shipment otherwise, thank you for your understanding.

Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
Please contact us to obtain a return or cancellation id so we can proceed with a refund or exchange in a timely manner.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads

Gift Cards

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs except for damaged items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
