Q: Why is my order taking longer than usual to be delivered?
A: While we do our best to respect our estimated shipping times, sometimes we do have events beyond our control such as climatic conditions, strikes, etc..We usually monitor all shipments and will reach out to you if we notice unusual delays. In the unlikely case that you have not received your package after 60 business days, we would provide a full refund as well as a discount code on your next purchase.
