We deliver for free across Canada. We are working towards expanding globally with international shipping, and will update this page as soon as possible.

We accept Credit/Debit cards as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars through PayPal.

If you pay through PayPal, your order/invoice details will be listed in your transaction history.

If you pay through Credit/Debit cards, the transaction will appear as RHL on your bank statement

In order to provide free shipping to our customers, we have partnered with various business partners in terms of warehousing and logistics. While we usually get your package to you in between 2-4 weeks, it can occasionally take an extra 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. 

We usually try to dispatch your item from the warehouse closest to your shipping address, but depending on stock availability it could be from another warehouse which will require extra transit time.

Processing times are usually less than 5 business days.

Our website is secured via SSL encryption and no 3rd party have access to your data. All financial transactions are processed directly via Stripe or PayPal, and as such we do not store any of your financial data. 

Upon order confirmation, it usually takes between 2 –  5 days to process your order. After processing your item will then be dispatched from one of our various warehouse (preferably the one closest to your shipping address).

After your payment confirmation, you will receive an email confirming your order. Upon dispatching, you will receive another email confirming that your order is now with the postal services, and will include a tracking number.
